Here is a good stretch to help alleviate the symptoms of Spinal Stenosis.

So what we’re going to do is we’re going to take one leg, put it over the other one. And so my direction, my line of sight, is going to go towards my left shoulder.

So i’m going to take this knee and pull it to to my left shoulder. Once again, i’m going hold for 15 to 30 seconds and then release, and i’m going to repeat this on the other side.

So spinal stenosis can be, the nerve can be trapped in 3 to 4 different places along its track down the legs coming from the low back down toward the legs.

So, this is addressing one of those spots where people can be getting symptoms because there’s entrapment of the nerve, not so much right outside of where the spine is, but along it’s pathway down toward the legs. Because that’s where the the that’s where the nerve travels goes down the leg, and that’s why we have symptoms down the leg.
