3 Tips to Preventing Injury in the New Year

🏆 We are starting January 2022 and we see a lot of people begin exercise programs without a plan for starting to perform the right exercises, for progressing exercises correctly, and lastly, performing exercises that have a positive effect on an individual’s body.

So we don’t want you to fail. We don’t want you to be the person who is injured about midway through January when you really should be ramping up on some of your exercise.

Now, an exercise regimen only works if it’s being done throughout the year. So hopefully you’re continuing your exercise regimen and you’re not actually starting your regimen, but it doesn’t matter when you start as long as you start.
